Castle View Cottage has a beamed living room with a coal effect gas fire and traditional window seat. There are two sofas, colour TV, DVD player with a small selection of DVD’s, books and games. We also have an information folder where you will find comprehensive details on places to visit and things to do in the area.
The well equipped spacious kitchen includes a dining area and rear hall with boot room and coat hooks. The back door leads out into the garden. Appliances in the kitchen include oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, washer/dryer and microwave as well as a kettle and toaster.
On the first floor there is a bedroom with a double bedstead, double wardrobe , chest of drawers and bedside cabinets. The second bedroom has a 2 foot 6” hideaway guest bed which can be used as a single or can be pulled out to make twin beds. This room is also furnished with a double wardrobe and small bedside table.
We provide all bedding and towels.
The first floor bathroom has a bath with over bath shower, wc and wash basin.
To the rear of the cottage there is a delightful large cottage garden with patio furniture. You will also find a useful outhouse for the storage of cycles if you are feeling active! At the side of the cottage there is off street parking with space for two cars.
Castle View Cottage is strictly no smoking and unfortunately we do not allow pets.
Bookings are from Friday to Friday, however we may be able to offer short breaks on request. Please contact us for more details.
